A renovated 4-bedroom luxury penthouse with private parking — walk to everything. Spanning 2,400 sq ft, The Vault is designed for entertaining, with expansive living space and a 600 sq ft covered outdoor deck — perfect for celebrations, group stays, and unwinding in style after a day in downtown Bristol.
Sleeps up to 10 comfortably across four distinct bedrooms and three full baths (plus a convenient half bath), with a chef's kitchen, an 8-seat dining area, and a living room built for game days and late nights.
The 600 sq ft covered deck is a true highlight — comfortable couches, a 65" Roku TV, a gas griddle for outdoor cooking, a fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. Perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
We restored as much of the building's historical charm as possible — exposed historic brickwork and original tin ceiling tiles bring character to every corner.
We do allow small events with prior approval. We just ask that you follow a few rules out of respect for tenants and guests on the first floor.
We also offer an optional hotel unit downstairs — The Mint — that sleeps 2 (king bed, full bath, 42" Smart TV). It's a completely separate space but can be reserved together with The Vault for larger groups. Must check availability.
